



EDA Sessions, MPC Gala Week
Come and train with us at Everyday Athlete during MPC Gala week. We're running a session each morning in the run-up, then one on the Saturday to round the week off. Same EDA energy every time.

We can adapt around most injuries, so don't let a niggle put you off. To get the most out of these sessions you should already be active within the My Peak Challenge programme and comfortable moving on your feet, getting down to the floor, and using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and cardio machines.

Spaces are tight. Each session is capped, so once it's full, it's full.
Bring trainers, a water bottle and a towel. Come ready to work and ready for a laugh. We'll sort the rest.

Please note: sessions are non-refundable, since we put extra staff on for Gala week. If you can't make it and know someone who can take your place, just let us know and we'll do a name change so your spot doesn't go to waste.
