The Gala's nearly here and a lot of you are coming to Glasgow for it. If you're in town, come and train with us. We can adapt around most injuries, so come and be part of it.

We work around you.

We're running a session each morning in the run-up to the Gala, then one on the Saturday to round the week off. Same EDA energy every time.

We can adapt around most injuries, so don't let a niggle put you off. To get the most out of these sessions you should already be active within the My Peak Challenge programme and comfortable moving on your feet, getting down to the floor, and using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and cardio machines. Come ready to work and ready for a laugh, we'll sort the rest.

How will I get session updates? +

We send everything you need in the run-up by email, and by text if you add a phone number. Make sure you enter both your email and phone at checkout and tick the marketing box so we can keep you posted, including any last-minute changes.

Is this session right for me? +

You should already be active within the My Peak Challenge programme and comfortable moving on your feet, getting down to the floor, and using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and cardio machines. We can adapt around most injuries, so if you have a niggle just let a coach know on the day and we'll work around it.

Are the sessions refundable? +

Sessions are non-refundable, since we put extra staff on for Gala week. But if you can't make it and you know someone who can take your place, just let us know and we'll do a name change so your spot doesn't go to waste.

What if a session is sold out? +

Ah, that one's filled up already. The popular mornings do go quickly since spaces are capped. Have a look at the other dates, there's a good chance one still has room, and we'd love to see you there.
