Our Kids Muay Thai programme at Everyday Athlete is built for ages 7 to 14, and it’s the perfect mix of structure, fun, and skill-building. We keep things safe and positive while teaching real striking technique that improves balance, coordination, and focus.
Whether your child is just starting out or has trained before, they’ll get expert coaching and a great workout, all in a supportive environment.
Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30–6:30pm, with one or two sessions per week options available.
