Training for a hybrid fitness race this spring. The kind with running mixed with functional stations. This block is built for events in that style, for example HYROX, Hybrid Games, Turf Games, and similar formats.
You get coached hybrid sessions from coaches who are experienced in these races plus a structured run programme in our app. You stop guessing. You train with a plan.

Who this is for
• Beginners who are new to hybrid fitness racing and want a clear plan
• Regular competitors who want sharper pacing, smoother transitions, and better repeatable effort
• Anyone who wants coaching on key sessions, plus flexible “homework” runs
What’s included
Over 9 weeks, you get 36 coached sessions
That’s up to 4 coached sessions per week, for 9 weeks.
Coached sessions, in-gym
• Monday Run Club: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
• Tuesday Hybrid Session: 7:00am or 6:40pm
• Thursday Hybrid Session: 7:00am or 6:40pm
• Saturday Hybrid Session: 10:30am
Run programme in our app
• 3 runs per week total
• 1 coached run on Mondays at Run Club
• 2 homework runs set in the app, done when it suits you
• Clear session intent and pacing guidance
