Not knowing where to start, or what you are going to do for your workout can be a major stumbling block when it comes to hitting your fitness goals. We've found that for those who are new to the gym, or unfamiliar with setting a training plan, that planning every session can be either quite intimidating or overwhelming.
Our in-house programming removes that barrier.
Our workouts are pre-planned and programmed weeks in advance so it's never something you need to worry about it. With different programs, designed around different goals, our workouts don’t just deliver results, they provide a fun experience that keeps our members engaged and coming back.

Countless studies have shown that you have a higher chance of achieving your fitness goals by working with a coach, rather than on your own.
At EDA not only is your programming done for you, but every single one of our classes are coach-led. That means when you sign up for a class you can do so with the knowledge that a fitness professional will help guide you through the workout safely, providing motivation, and instant feedback on your technique, form, and intensity.

Accountability
Accountability is crucial for progressing toward your fitness goals.
An important element of the EDA experience is the ability to track your workouts and attendance through our handy mobile apps.
We've found this plays a massive role in the continued success of our members, by not only keeping them accountable but also motivated! We've incorporated a regular series of tests and retests into our programming and apps, so our members can keep up with their progress, without having to obsess about it daily.
Great Results
Sticking to a regular gym habit can be hard, but one thing that makes it easier to stay committed over the long haul is seeing visible results.
If you stick consistently to any one of EDA's training programs, we guarantee you will feel stronger and more energetic pretty quickly. We can't promise that you will get super “jacked” in a month (if anyone says they can, we recommend running in the opposite direction), but if you stick with it, train consistently, and fuel your workouts, you will achieve some great results.
Community
We are very fortunate to have an amazing group of like-minded people.
If you sign up for a class you will never have to train on your own, instead, you'll be surrounded by a wonderful community, that genuinely wants you to do your best and achieve your goals. The EDA community will spur you on, pick you up, and keep you going, even when you feel like there’s nothing left in your tank during a workout.
They also know how to have a good time. From gym socials, or to fitness events like the CrossFit Open, Annual FitFest, and even our Hyrox Event (happening on the 26th of November if you're looking to experience the community for yourself!).
They come out to support our Fight Team, from juniors to pros, it's always pretty heart-warming to see our members cheering on their training partners!
