Happy Monday Everyday Athletes!
We're excited to kick off another incredible week filled with dynamic workouts and exhilarating challenges that will push your limits.
As we delve into the week ahead, we have an action-packed schedule lined up, featuring all of your favourites from challenging CrossFit workouts, sweaty Muay Thai sessions, and of course the final week of the highly acclaimed Wendler program.

This week, we're putting the spotlight on our CrossFit Classes. Our high-intensity functional fitness program combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics. Our expert coaches will guide you through a series of intense workouts that focus on building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing overall athletic performance. Get ready to challenge yourself and discover the Everyday Athlete within!
But the excitement doesn't stop there.
For those seeking a more intense combat sports experience, we have a solid Muay Thai program awaiting you. This ancient martial art will test your mental and physical prowess as you master the art of striking and clinching techniques. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll learn to unleash your inner warrior and develop some serious combat skills all whilst improving your cardiovascular fitness.
And if you've been following our popular Wendler program, get ready to celebrate a significant milestone this week! We're entering the final week of this transformative strength training program. Over the past few weeks, you've witnessed remarkable progress, and now it's time to give it your all and maximise those gains. Let's finish strong and celebrate the achievements we've made together!
Now with all that covered, let's take a look at the workouts ahead:
Monday -
Starting the week strong with the coach's favorite, the deadlift. This will be your final full Wendler session before we hit deload, so let’s give it our all. We will be rocking the perfect set structure of five, three, and ones, so let’s hit some big numbers!
Because that’s not enough fitness for our committed members, we will be following it up with not one, but two more workouts. We will be hitting a challenging combo of 100m runs, touch-and-go deadlifts, and wall balls. It’s gonna be spicy!
Tuesday -
We are going full-on fitness! Hitting a traditional CrossFit 25-Minute AMRAP, prepare for a cardio-heavy, ab, and booty-tastic session. 20/15 cals, 20 Russian twists, 15 sit-ups, 15/12 cals, 15 glute bridges, and 10 PVC Over-Unders. Get yourself ready, this might sound easy but we promise it’s a grind!
Wednesday -
As we mentioned, this is technically your deload week so we will be letting those muscles relax a little, but don’t worry we will be smashing the cardio and focusing on some skill work. Today’s skill is skipping, from single unders, double unders, triple unders, and even crossover single unders, there is an option for all skill levels.
We will then move into a challenging 18 Minute EMOM combining tall box climb-overs, slam balls, and double unders. This one might hurt a little, but we know you can do it!
Thursday -
Deadlift deload! Today we will be easing off on the weight and focusing on just getting the movement in. We will be doing 3 sets of five reps and remember keep it light!
We’ll then move into a hamstring-burning sweat session, bringing in kettlebell swings, toes-to-bar, and touch-and-go deadlifts. We are looking for unbroken reps on each movement so pick your weights accordingly!
Friday -
Deload Push Press, again hitting 3 sets of 5, keeping it nice and light. (When do we ever tell you to keep it light, like never, so enjoy it!)
We will then hit a little for time workout, 3 rounds of a 400m run, 24 burpees to target, and 12 shoulders to overheads. It’s gonna be sweaty!
Saturday -
