See the schedule below, and if you have 3 months or more CrossFit experience you can go straight to class, if you are a new to functional fitness, then select our Getting Started Program to start your Journey.

  • At Everyday Athlete, we offer a variety of fitness programs, including CrossFit, Muay Thai, Personal Training, and Open Gym access. These programs cater to different fitness goals and preferences, ensuring there's something for everyone.

  • Everyday Athlete welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our coaches are skilled at tailoring workouts to meet your specific needs, ensuring you get the best out of every session.

  • Our CrossFit classes are an all-encompassing strength and conditioning program perfect for athletes at all levels, from beginner to advanced. Each session involves high-intensity, functional movements that improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Crossfit prepares you for anything life can throw at you.

  • You don't need prior experience to join; we welcome beginners and provide a safe and supportive environment to learn the art of Muay Thai. Our Muay Thai program is unique because it's led by a team of ex-professional fighters with extensive experience.

  • Absolutely, You can pay for drop in sessions to use our Open gym and Muay Thai sessions. If you have previous experience of Crossfit then you can also do drop ins for Crossfit. If you have never done Crossfit then your starting point would be our “Getting Started” PT prior to coming to your first Crossfit Class.

  • You can access our class schedule via our website or members app and you can book from both as well.

  • We have changing rooms available including multiple showers, changing spaces and hairdryers. We also have a cafe where you can load up on caffeine, grab a post workout smoothie or bar and kit yourself out with the latest EDA Swag

  • We have numerous parking spaces directly outside the gym entrance on Borron Street itself and these are free as long as you are in a marked parking bay. Additional parking is available further up the street located within the “100 Borron Street Business Park”.

  • We love our Peakers and offer numerous options for training. Peakers who currently train at a Crossfit affiliate can do drop ins for our Crossfit sessions however we stress that previous Crossfit experience is required! If you are following the my peak challenge program but don’t have previous Crossfit experience then you can book a Personal or Group Personal Training session with one of our coaches. Please email admin@everydayathletegym.com to arrange.

  • In terms of clothing for Crossfit and Muay Thai classes any workout clothing that you feel comfortable to sweat in should work. For Muay Thai specifically, we recommend you bring your own gloves and wearing shorts as you will be kicking pads.

  • We operate a 30 day cancellation policy. This needs to be in writing and to activate your cancellation. Please note that during the 30 days depending on when you cancel within the month. If a member cancels on or after the 2nd of any month, then a full payment will still be due the following month on the 1st. There are no refunds for membership fees.
